Push Group engaged us in a part-time CFO capacity. One of the early projects where the founders required help was to increase speed of their month-end close as results were not available until weeks after the month end was over. In addition, they wanted to build the financial infrastructure to allow them to scale from a few hundred clients up to 3,000.

We spent two days with Push analysing the current processes and systems to map out the key bottlenecks and problems they were encountering. We then provided a report on the best and most cost-effective technology solutions available which will help them automate a significant portion of their existing processes.

The tech stack we implemented helped Push to automate 80% of their routine processes and resulted in month end completing over 300% faster. The financial infrastructure also allowed them to scale their new software offering. 


Prior to our involvement, they had been considering hiring an additional person to help with the volume of work. Thanks to our help they saved an additional headcount of £30k a year.
