Approach
We initially spent half a day discussing Vamp’s marketplace and SaaS-based business model in detail. Once we understood this, we began building the revenue model. We worked in an iterative manner so we had regular check-ins with the Vamp team to ensure the model reflected their actual business. After a five week process, we were able to deliver a full financial model including a metrics dashboard.
